[Raffine Group] Held the 43rd General Meeting: The Practice and Achievements of 'Onkochishin' - Gratitude and Thoughts for Customers Who Supported Their No. 1 Ranking in the Oricon Customer Satisfaction® Survey
The Raffine Group held its 43rd General Meeting on April 8, 2026, where they reflected on the 2025 policy of 'Onkochishin' (learning from the past to create new things) and celebrated achieving the No. 1 spot in the Oricon Customer Satisfaction® Survey. The meeting also announced the 2026 policy of 'Well-being' and featured the 16th R-1 Contest, a unique customer service competition, where new Grand Prix winners were decided in both the 'Space' and 'Therapist' categories.
