Mirait One Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Hidemune Sugawara; hereinafter, Mirait One) has formulated a General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, with a planning period of five years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031.

A General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace is a plan formulated by companies according to their actual circumstances, including the planning period, goals, initiatives, and implementation timing, to understand the status of women's active participation in their own company and to promote women's active participation and the development of diverse working conditions for employees.

Mirait One will continue to develop a workplace environment where everyone, regardless of gender, can maximize their abilities and play an active role.
