LINE Credit, a LINE Yahoo Japan group company, announced that its smartphone loan service, LINE Pocket Money, has surpassed 300 billion JPY in cumulative loan disbursements and 3 million cumulative applications as of March 2026. To coincide with periods of high financial demand, a promotional campaign offering up to 10,000 JPY for first-time contracts and loans began on April 13, 2026. The service utilizes a unique AI-powered scoring system, 'LINE Score,' combined with traditional credit information for its credit assessment model. The campaign runs until May 31, 2026.
