Valtec Inc. has announced an update to its HR and General Affairs system, MOT/HG, which is provided free of charge to subscribers of its MOT/TEL cloud PBX service. The new feature allows schedules registered in MOT/HG to be automatically added to Google Calendar. This enables users to check their schedules on the familiar Google Calendar interface while benefiting from specialized functions within MOT/HG, such as maintaining HR logs and auto-generating routine tasks for events like employee onboarding. Furthermore, it integrates with the MOT/TEL cloud phone system to automatically control incoming calls based on the user's calendar status (e.g., in a meeting, visiting a client). This update significantly improves operational efficiency by eliminating the hassle of double entry and preventing input errors or omissions.
