  2. 錄取狀況管理功能：店長・SV

    此功能讓持有權限者能在系統中登錄門市 P/A 應徵者的「錄取/不錄取」或「辭退」狀態，並管理後續的入職資訊申請及入職發布的進度。除了門市名稱外，也可透過各種條件進行排序，以防止遺漏處理。

  3. 入職資訊申請功能：P/A 應徵者
    此功能讓錄取的 P/A 應徵者申請薪資計算所需的通勤路線、存款帳戶等資訊。此外，未成年及外籍應徵者在申請所需證明文件時，可透過圖像上傳方式提交文件，此設計考量了 P/A 員工的便利性。

  4. 入職發布功能：店長・SV

    此功能在確認未成年及外籍應徵者提交的文件無誤後，進行入職日登錄及員工號碼發放。此功能支援遵守聘用未成年者及外籍人士的法律要求。同時，透過限制店長・SV 在系統中輸入的內容，使其能專注於最大化門市銷售額等核心業務。
