This service offers a seamless experience from the "Application Registration" function, where P/A applicants input the minimum necessary information such as date of birth and nationality, to the "Hiring Status Management" function for store managers and supervisors (hereinafter referred to as "SV"), and the "Onboarding Information Application" function for successful applicants. Based on the application information, the system determines if the applicant is a minor or a foreign national and automatically identifies the required documents. By enabling P/A employees to provide information smoothly and accurately, this service reduces the time store managers and SVs spend on judgments and data entry requiring labor knowledge, supporting the creation of an environment where they can focus on core operations such as store management. Regarding Option services for P/A employees, a function to support the determination of social insurance enrollment and loss is scheduled for release in April 2026, and continuous updates will be made going forward. Overview of Option Service This service consists of the following four functions: ・Application Registration Function: P/A Applicants This function allows P/A applicants to access a dedicated page via a store-specific QR code and input minimal basic information. By registering their name, date of birth, and nationality, the system determines the necessary documents for hiring after acceptance and notifies the P/A applicant.
・Hiring Status Management Function: Store Managers/SV This function allows authorized personnel to register the "pass/fail" status or "withdrawal" of P/A applicants for their stores in the system and manage the progress of subsequent onboarding information applications and hiring procedures. It prevents omissions by enabling sorting not only by store name but also by various conditions.
・Onboarding Information Application Function: P/A Applicants This function allows successful P/A applicants to apply for information necessary for payroll calculation, such as commuting routes and bank account details. For minors and foreign nationals, it also allows for document submission via image upload when applying for necessary proof documents, designed with the convenience of P/A employees in mind.
・Hiring Procedure Function: Store Managers/SV This function allows for the confirmation of submitted documents for minors and foreign nationals, followed by the registration of the start date and issuance of employee numbers. It supports compliance with legal requirements for employing minors and foreign nationals. By limiting the input required from store managers and SVs into the system, it allows them to focus on core operations such as maximizing store sales.
2. Hiring Status Management Function: The "Store Portal" screen for Store Managers/SV allows for an overview of target individuals, with a clear indication of the next required action.
