MIRAIT ONE announces the new trade name, "MIRAIT ONE CORELINKS Corporation," following the merger of two of its consolidated subsidiaries.
MIRAIT ONE Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hidemune Sugawara) hereby announces the new trade name for the company resulting from the merger of its wholly-owned consolidated subsidiaries, MIRAIT Mobile West Corporation (surviving company) and Comlead Corporation, as previously disclosed in the "Notice Regarding the Merger of Two Consolidated Subsidiaries" dated December 18, 2025.

In conjunction with the merger of our wholly-owned consolidated subsidiaries, MIRAIT Mobile West Corporation and Comlead Corporation, scheduled for July 1, 2026, we have determined the new trade name. As a strategic subsidiary of the MIRAIT ONE Group focusing on mobile and facility-related businesses, the name reflects our ambition to become a company that contributes to society by connecting people, things, events, society, and the future, leveraging our strengths in core network and wireless technologies.
