MIRAIT ONE Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hidemune Sugawara) hereby announces that the trade name of the new company, resulting from the merger of its wholly-owned consolidated subsidiaries MIRAIT MOBILE WEST Corporation (surviving company) and COMREED Inc., has been decided, as previously announced in the "Notice Regarding the Merger of Two Consolidated Subsidiaries" dated December 18, 2025. 1. Concept for the Trade Name

In conjunction with the merger of our wholly-owned consolidated subsidiaries MIRAIT MOBILE WEST Corporation and COMREED Inc., scheduled for July 1, 2026, we have decided on the new company's trade name with the intention of it becoming a strategic subsidiary within the MIRAIT ONE Group, focusing on mobile and in-building business. The name reflects our aspiration to become a socially contributing company that connects people, things, events, society, and the future, leveraging strengths in network technology and wireless technology, which are core to telecommunications.
