Notice Regarding Change of Trade Name

cocone ONE Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman and President: Ryo Hyun Sen; hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') announces that its trade name will be changed to ENSAPIA Corporation, effective April 1, 2026.

1. Reason for Change This change of trade name is being made to further clarify the direction our group is heading. The new trade name is derived from the Latin 'en-' (existing within) and 'sapiens' (wisdom/knowledge), reflecting our desire to evolve through wisdom born from introspection and technology that looks inward. Through the various businesses developed by our group, we will promote the expansion of 'Digital Worlds'—another reality where people can freely express their sensibilities and self—and undertake initiatives to create new value.

2. New Trade Name ENSAPIA Corporation (English notation: ENSAPIA Corporation)

3. Effective Date April 1, 2026 (Resolved at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 27, 2026)
