Notice Regarding Change of Company Name

cocone ONE Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and CEO: Sung-Hyun Chun; hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that it will change its company name to ENSAPIA Corporation, effective April 1, 2026.

1. Reason for the Change

This change of company name is being implemented to further clarify the future direction of our group.

The new name is derived from the Latin "en-" (within) and "sapiens" (wisdom/knowledge), reflecting our commitment to evolving through wisdom born from introspection and technology that looks inward. Through the various businesses operated by our group, we will promote the expansion of a "digital world"—an alternative reality where people can freely express their sensibilities and themselves—and engage in initiatives aimed at creating new value.

April 1, 2026 (Subject to resolution at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 27, 2026)
