Survey Summary

・ The most common reason for choosing the service was "it seems easy to complete online" (approx. 42%). When actually using the service, the ability to "borrow and repay using just a smartphone" was the most highly praised feature, highlighting the convenience of being able to use it from anywhere.

・ The loan speed is extremely fast, with a total of about 60% of respondents receiving their loan "on the same day of application." Half of those completed the loan process within an hour, confirming the service's overwhelming ability to respond to urgent expenses.

・ Regarding the psychological hurdle of "phone calls to the workplace," about 27% responded that it was "completed with documents (no phone call)." Many also noted that "there was a confirmation call to my mobile, but not to my workplace" (19.23%), indicating that the feature of "no phone calls to the workplace in principle" is reflected in actual screenings.
