The Sushiya no Uokin Group opened its first store in Shimbashi in May 2022 and has since expanded to Meguro and Shibuya. The opening of 'Sushiya no Uokin Mita' marks their 5th store.
By bringing together Uokin's renowned procurement power and craftsmanship, they aim to create a restaurant loved by the local community and guests in Mita, where anyone can casually enjoy sushi at any time.
'Sushiya no Uokin' offers an omakase course consisting of 24 items, where nigiri sushi and snacks are served alternately.
