'Sushiya no Uokin' Opens in APA Hotel <Mita Ekimae>, Offering Breakfast at its First Hotel Location

APA Hotel Co., Ltd., which operates Japan's largest network of 1,153 hotels with 148,590 rooms (including those under construction, overseas, and participating hotels), has signed a lease agreement with Uokin Co., Ltd. to open 'Sushiya no Uokin' inside APA Hotel <Mita Ekimae> (155 rooms, 4-4-8 Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo).

This is the first hotel-based restaurant for Uokin Co., Ltd., which operates 56 domestic stores such as Uokin and Sushiya no Uokin, and it represents their first foray into breakfast service. Guests can enjoy a breakfast utilizing high-quality fish characteristic of 'Sushiya no Uokin', such as a choice of mini rice bowl sets and grilled fish sets with a choice of side dishes.

Breakfast Plan Overview Scheduled to start from mid-June. Details will be announced on the official APA Hotel <Mita Ekimae> website once finalized.

The Sushiya no Uokin Group opened its first store in Shimbashi in May 2022 and has since expanded to Meguro and Shibuya. The opening of 'Sushiya no Uokin Mita' marks their 5th store. By bringing together Uokin's renowned procurement power and craftsmanship, they aim to create a restaurant loved by the local community and guests in Mita, where anyone can casually enjoy sushi at any time.

'Sushiya no Uokin' offers an omakase course consisting of 24 items, where nigiri sushi and snacks are served alternately. As an open campaign, the omakase sushi course with all-you-can-drink (all-inclusive course), normally 12,000 JPY, will be offered for 9,000 JPY until the end of June. *Only this course will be offered until the end of June.

From July, there will be two plans: the course price of 8,800 JPY + 10% service charge, and the all-inclusive course for 12,000 JPY.
