HataLuck and Person Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Takeshi Someya; hereinafter 'HATALUCK') announces that its CEO, Takeshi Someya, will speak at the 'DX Management Seminar' (co-hosted by DX Magazine and the Japan Omni-Channel Association) scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2026.
◾️ About the Seminar
Theme
The Optimal Solution for the Era of Labor Shortage: From 'Hiring' to 'Connecting'
In an era where people leave companies, how can companies continue to connect? ~ New strategies for 'retention' and 're-employment' transformed by employee benefits ~
Seminar Content
Amidst the worsening labor shortage, particularly in the service and retail industries, many companies are focusing on strengthening 'recruitment'. However, with ongoing price hikes and rising labor costs, traditional improvements in compensation, such as 'raising salaries', are beginning to show limits in improving retention rates.
This seminar will move beyond the conventional idea of 'just hire people' to explore how to create the truly necessary 'mechanisms for people to stay', and how companies can continue to connect with talent even after they leave, from the perspective of 'buried labor' and 'latent labor' among part-time workers, temporary staff, and alumni.
Special focus will be placed on the new value that 'employee benefits' bring to workers. The seminar will explain the design of an 'organization that continues to connect loosely' and provide know-how on human resource strategies that promote retention and reconnection after离职. The moderator will be Mr. Yasuhiro Suzuki, President and CEO of Digital Shift Wave Inc., and HATALUCK's representative, Someya, will be a panelist.
