He previously worked at Link and Motivation Inc., providing organizational and HR consulting for major companies such as mega-banks, trading companies, and construction firms. Subsequently, he handled organizational transformation consulting for service industries including major retailers, restaurants, and hotels. He became an executive officer in 2012 and was appointed head of a company specializing in organizational and HR consulting for the service industry. In 2017, he founded HataLuck and Person with the aim of transforming chain store management organizations, developing a business specialized in DX for the store service industry.
