(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Kenji Suzuki; hereinafter "KEI ADVANCE"), a member of the Kawaijuku Group, effective June 30, 2026, and has become part of the Kawaijuku Group.

Moving forward, we aim to create new educational services required in the AI era and expand learning opportunities beyond generations, regions, and organizations by leveraging the synergy between zero to one's educational content development capabilities, particularly in AI and digital fields, and the networks and R&D foundations of KEI ADVANCE and the Kawaijuku Group.

Background and Objectives of Group Integration

With the mission "to foster the ability to live vibrantly with society," zero to one has been developing and providing educational programs centered on AI and digital fields since its establishment in 2016. The company develops high-quality online educational programs in collaboration with industry and academia, such as "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence," "Deep Learning," and "Data Literacy," with advisors and supervisors including AI experts like Professor Yutaka Matsuo of the Graduate School of the University of Tokyo and Professor Takayuki Okaya of the Graduate School of Tohoku University, as well as education specialists like Professor Toru Iiyoshi of Kyoto University.

KEI ADVANCE, with its mission "to contribute to people's growth through corporate activities," provides a wide range of solutions to universities nationwide concerning student recruitment, public relations, admissions operations, curriculum, career and qualification support, and university management. In April 2025, it established the "KEI University Management Research Institute" to promote research, information dissemination, and problem-solving support for overall university management, including education, research, and social contribution.

Through zero to one's integration into the Kawaijuku Group, we aim to accelerate the further expansion of AI and digital education and the creation of new educational value by combining the expertise and networks of both parties and jointly developing new educational content and services.
