The "Smoky BBQ Daihyo Hamburg Triple Grill" features Big Boy's signature "Daihyo Hamburg," "Smoked Bacon," and "Pork Sausage," served with a smoky and rich sauce combined with vegetables. Customers can create their own original sauce by grinding diced onions, pickles, and tomatoes in a mortar, enjoying the refreshing aroma of the vegetables. Adding the tomato-based spicy BBQ sauce creates a sauce that pairs perfectly with the juicy "Daihyo Hamburg." By adjusting the number of times the vegetables are ground and the amount of BBQ sauce added, customers can finish the sauce to their own preferred texture and taste.
