ZenmuTech, Inc. (hereinafter 'ZenmuTech'), TMI Privacy & Security Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'TMIP&S'), and Mintwave Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Mintwave') have concluded a customer referral agreement to expand sales of ZenmuTech's 'ZENMU Virtual Drive Enterprise Edition' (hereinafter 'ZEE') in the endpoint security market that supports digital work environments. TMIP&S is a consulting firm specializing in privacy protection and security in data utilization, established by TMI Associates as the first of its kind from a law firm in Japan. Mintwave is a sales agent for ZEE and has supported IT infrastructure reform for many companies. With this agreement, Mintwave will sell and provide implementation support for ZEE to TMIP&S's clients. ZEE is an endpoint security solution that fundamentally eliminates the risk of information leakage from PCs by splitting and dispersing data within the PC into meaningless fragments based on ZenmuTech's proprietary secret sharing technology, 'ZENMU-AONT.' As a new option for client protection in the zero-trust era, it is attracting attention for vulnerability countermeasures in VDI environments and migration to secure FAT terminals. TMIP&S provides advanced services that flexibly respond to diverse needs in data utilization and security by fusing the high-level legal knowledge cultivated as a member of the TMI Associates Group with the latest technology in the data utilization and cybersecurity fields. With changes in work styles increasing opportunities for PCs to be taken outside the office and the progress of various data utilization, responding to corporate needs for PC information leakage countermeasures has become an urgent task. Therefore, the three companies have concluded a tripartite agreement to sell ZEE to TMIP&S's clients through Mintwave, which is a sales agent for ZEE and has supported IT infrastructure reform for many companies. Moving forward, the three companies will collaborate to promote the sales of ZEE to solve the challenge of realizing information leakage countermeasures that satisfy both regulatory compliance and effectiveness in the endpoint security market for companies required to strengthen personal information protection regulations and governance.
