Zealox Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as Zealox) operates the women-only web design school Find me! (https://findme-school.com). This time, we conducted a Web design training session titled 'From Usual Design to Conveying Design' for public relations staff in Miyazaki City on March 12th and 19th.
Background of Implementation While there is a need to create easy-to-understand and effective public relations materials for citizens, we heard from many staff members that they feel challenged by 'readability and effectiveness' because they have few opportunities to systematically learn the basics and concepts of design. Therefore, in this training, based on the content of the Web design seminars we have conducted for residents so far, we brushed it up to be applicable to actual work as a training for local government staff and implemented it.
Purpose of Training By learning from the basics of web design creation to practical application, we aim to update the perspective from 'making something somehow' to 'conveying with intent,' and to realize more effective information dissemination through public relations materials such as flyers and SNS.
