Jichitai Link Inc. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; President and CEO: Ginshiro Matsumoto, hereinafter 'Jichitai Link') conducts the corporate hometown tax donation support business, providing one-stop support from matching companies with local governments to assisting with donation procedures from companies. Jichitai Link is pleased to announce that as of Thursday, April 2, 2026, it has begun supporting the recruitment of donations for a public offering-type corporate hometown tax donation by Relive Inc. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; Representative Director: Takashi Sasaki, hereinafter 'Relive'), which develops and sells functional wear.

■ Background and Purpose
Jichitai Link conducts the 'Corporate Hometown Tax Donation Support Business (hereinafter 'this business')' and related businesses, providing one-stop support from matching companies with local governments to donation procedures. We inform companies about the corporate hometown tax donation system (hereinafter 'this system') and provide tax information for local governments that have outsourced the work to us.

This business was started within the Hope Group in September 2021, and as of the end of December 2025, we have received business contracts from 584 local governments. To date, total corporate donations have reached approximately 2.38 billion yen, boasting an industry-leading track record of contracts, with over 2,200 companies utilizing corporate hometown tax donations through this business cumulatively.

This is the second example of support for a public offering-type corporate hometown tax donation for Jichitai Link, and the first time Relive has utilized the public offering-type corporate hometown tax donation. Specifically, we will publicly recruit recipient local governments for donations of Relive's proprietary functional wear, 'Relive Wear', aiming to promote the health and improve the quality of life of local residents.

This was realized through an introduction by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation*, a business alliance partner in providing services related to corporate hometown tax donations.

Relive, which is undertaking this public offering-type corporate hometown tax donation, develops, manufactures, and sells the functional wear 'Relive Wear' under the corporate philosophy of 'contributing to creating a healthy and happy life both physically and mentally for people around the world.' They began joint demonstration experiments with local governments nationwide in 2022, and acquired Type III medical device manufacturing and marketing approval in December 2023. Cumulative sales have exceeded 5 million units (as of the end of February 2026), and the number of purchasers has reached over 1 million. Looking toward the future where they want to make 'supporting daily condition-building just by wearing it' a new common sense in society, they intend to build an industry-government-academia collaboration system to conduct joint research on functional wear with local governments and regional universities nationwide. Through the use of this public offering-type corporate hometown tax donation, they aim to recruit local governments that endorse their objectives, marking the first step toward realizing this vision.

* Jichitai Link (then Jichitai Ad) concluded a business alliance agreement regarding corporate hometown tax donation support services with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on March 21, 2025.
