Yurindo Yokohama Station West Exit Store to Host Experiential "Find the Anomaly" Event "Tell Me Who I Am" Starting July 31

Yurindo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Kentaro Matsunobu) will hold an experiential "Find the Anomaly" event titled "Tell Me Who I Am," set throughout the entire Yurindo Yokohama Station West Exit Store, from July 31, 2026 (Fri) to September 30, 2026 (Wed).

This event, the first of its kind for the store, challenges participants to explore the store while deciphering a handwritten note to uncover the identity of a man whose face appears on posters suddenly plastered throughout the store. Participants will discover dozens of "anomalies" by utilizing the store's complex layout.

The event is planned and produced by Maniana LLC, which has mobilized over 10,000 people with its "Real Anomaly Finding Game" series. Novelist and broadcast writer Rokuda Hachijunichi and the mysterious designer also contributed to the production, delivering a mystery experience that combines the realistic spatial experience unique to a bookstore with narrative.

"Tell Me Who I Am," a real anomaly finding game set in a bookstore directly connected to Yokohama Station.

This event is the first free-roaming mystery event to be held throughout the entire Yurindo Yokohama Station West Exit Store. The store is comprised of four branches: "Yurindo Yokohama Station West Exit Joinus Store," "Yurindo Yokohama Station West Exit Comic Kingdom," "Yurindo Yokohama Station West Exit Ekinia Yokohama Store," and "Yurindo Yokohama Station West Exit Store Medical Book Center." Its complex, multi-area structure is a key feature. This event leverages this maze-like space, allowing participants to search for "anomalies" as they physically walk through the store. By combining elements of "puzzle-solving," participants will follow bookshelves, aisles, displays, and sales floor scenery, transforming the familiar bookstore into a space that feels different from usual. Please experience this realistic and slightly unsettling mystery that can only be savored in a location that is an extension of everyday life.

Clues to his identity seem to be hidden within this slightly off bookstore.
