"Chanko Edosawa" offers limited-time menus every month using seasonal ingredients. For April, we have prepared 8 varieties. We have gathered seasonal ingredients such as Spanish mackerel, a representative fish of spring, fragrant bamboo shoots, and butterbur miso (fuki-miso).
