"Chanko Edosawa" offers limited-time menus every month using seasonal ingredients. For April, we have prepared 8 varieties. We have gathered seasonal ingredients such as Spanish mackerel (sawara), a representative fish of spring, fragrant bamboo shoots, and butterbur miso (fuki-miso). We also offer a rich variety of dishes, including plump Japanese tiger prawn nigiri and deep-fried young sweetfish (waka-ayu) that can be eaten whole. We hope you take this opportunity to visit us.
