The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will host the seminar event "Financial Seminars for Citizens," planned and executed by Yoshimoto Kogyo, with a total of five sessions scheduled. Titled "TOKYO MONEY DESIGN," this event aims to improve the financial literacy of Tokyo residents and solidify the "savings to investment" flow, toward the formation of stable household financial assets and the revitalization of financial markets. It also provides opportunities to acquire knowledge for asset building based on individual life plans, in order to realize affluent lives for citizens through the power of finance.

The first session, primarily targeting high school students, will be held on August 5, 2026 (Wed) at Akihabara UDX. Midorizu will serve as MC, Kyoko Kamei as announcer, and popular talents such as Dondekorute, last year's "M-1 Grand Prix 2025" runner-up, Hirona Nagahama, and Yumepote, who are popular among teens, will appear as guests. Kohei Morinaga (CEO of Manene Inc. / Economic Analyst) will be the lecturer, teaching the basics of money that high school students should know from an early age through fun quizzes and familiar examples, updating financial literacy necessary for the current era in an enjoyable way. Teachers are also welcome to attend.

Participation is free, and attendees can choose between in-person attendance (lottery system if applications exceed capacity) or online participation. Additionally, the public institution "Japan Financial Literacy Promotion Organization (J-FLEC)" will set up a free consultation booth "Money Talk Spot (by J-FLEC)" exclusively for venue attendees. You can receive advice from experts on questions and consultations regarding money, so please take advantage of it in conjunction with attending the seminar at the venue.
