Recruitment for runners and volunteers for the "Yokohama Marathon 2026," to be held on Sunday, October 25, will begin on Wednesday, April 8, at 10:00 AM, 200 days before the event.

The number of runners to be recruited will increase by 1,000 from last year, reaching a record high of 30,200 across all categories. Additionally, over 3,000 volunteers will be recruited.

A total of 30,200 runners will be recruited across all categories, marking the first time the Yokohama Marathon has exceeded 30,000 participants.
