Yokohama FC (Yokohama F.LEAGUE Sports Club Co., Ltd.) and Sotetsu Bus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sotetsu Bus) are pleased to announce that, based on our official partnership agreement, we will be updating and newly introducing a "wrapped bus" vehicle with Yokohama FC designs, aiming to reduce the burden on the local environment.
This vehicle will begin its introduction and operation (including test runs) on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, and will be sequentially operated as a regular route bus and a shuttle bus for home game days starting in April.
※ The new environmentally friendly vehicle will inherit the same design that is loved by everyone.
Background of Introduction: Creating Environmental Value Through Partnership
For this vehicle update, in line with Yokohama FC's sustainability policy and the J.League Climate Action (SPL), we consulted and discussed with Sotetsu Bus regarding the reduction of environmental impact. As a result, Sotetsu Bus deeply agreed with this initiative, and after repeated consideration by both companies, they have selected and will introduce an environmentally friendly vehicle that complies with the latest exhaust gas regulations (Post-Post New Long-Term Regulations), with significantly reduced emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and particulate matter (PM). This partnership between the two companies, aiming for the realization of a sustainable society beyond simply providing transportation, has achieved environmentally friendly and clean stadium access.
