[Philosophy: Making many people smile through sports] Yokohama Excellence has the philosophy of 'making many people smile through sports.' Fulfilling this philosophy is our dream. To achieve this, we act based on the following eight guidelines: 1. Always act with the awareness of whether club activities lead to 'smiles.' 2. Aim for a corporate culture where opinions can be exchanged freely and employees can work with peace of mind. 3. The front office and the team will work as one to create a comfortable working and practice environment. 4. Aim to be a team that is loved and familiar, not just one that always wins, and strengthen the development-oriented organization accordingly. 5. Contribute to the development of the local community to become a club that is 'needed in people's lives' through sports. 6. Become a team that the entire region, from children to the elderly, can be proud of, and create a sports environment that is more accessible. 7. Create a space where children can have concrete dreams and help them realize those dreams. 8. Actively accept changes in the external environment, respond quickly, and aim for a system that makes it easy to take on new challenges. Therefore, we have been focusing not only on basketball game operations and team strengthening but also on hometown activities. We participate in over 200 events for regional revitalization annually and hold basketball clinics. It is a great asset for the club to help enrich people's lives by having them enjoy not only basketball but also the act of moving their bodies through these activities.
