Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers is pleased to announce the 'Afternoon Tea Set: Peach & Mango,' available from June 1 (Mon) to July 31 (Fri), 2026, at the Sky Lounge 'Bay View' located on the 28th floor. As the early summer breeze blows, we invite you to enjoy an afternoon tea themed around the rich aroma and elegant sweetness of peaches, combined with the tropical flavor of mangoes. The experience begins with a refreshing special cocktail, either 'Peach Bellini' or 'Mango Bellini,' featuring fresh seasonal fruits. For sweets, guests can enjoy five varieties, including 'Peach Shortcake' and 'Mango Pudding' topped with generous mango chunks. On weekends and holidays, we also offer 'Peach Jubilee,' a special dessert featuring warm peach compote and vanilla ice cream with a tangy berry sauce. Savory items include the refreshing 'Peach Vichyssoise' and 'Steamed Chicken and Mango Tart,' crafted by French Chef Takagi. The menu also features juicy roast beef and freshly baked hotel-made scones. Guests can enjoy these delicacies alongside a free-flow of sparkling wine and a buffet of 20 types of tea, all while taking in the panoramic views of Yokohama Port and the Bay Bridge.
