"Yokohama Frühlingsfest 2026" Details Announced! Yokohama's "Spring Festival" to Immerse in Sea Breeze and Authentic German Vibrancy, Held for 17 Days from April 24 (Fri) at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse

　Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse will host "Yokohama Frühlingsfest 2026" for a total of 17 days, from Friday, April 24, 2026, to Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse Event Plaza and Red Brick Park.

　"Frühlingsfest" is an event widely celebrated in Germany to welcome the arrival of spring, and it is also held in various parts of Japan. Since Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse is a historic building that incorporates some German architectural styles, the event was first held during Golden Week in 2013. Last year, approximately 390,000 people* visited Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse during the period, making it a beloved "Yokohama Spring Festival" for people both within and outside the prefecture.

　This year, marking its 12th occurrence, the theme is "Fun & Fam," offering a rich variety of content for both adults and children. In addition to the classic "Frühlingsfest" elements like German beer, German food, and German band performances, there are also family-friendly activities such as BBQ and day camping with camper vans for an extraordinary experience, as well as kids' content like fish interaction experiences and a mobile zoo, which are more extensive than in previous years. Furthermore, to ensure families with small children can comfortably participate, we will offer family meal sets and family seating, making it an event enjoyable for parents and children alike.

　Also, the highly popular content "SEASIDE CINEMA (Outdoor Theater)" will be held again this year. We will once again deliver the special experience unique to Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse: enjoying a movie with Yokohama's night view as the backdrop.
