Yoshikawa Kogyo ICT Solutions Division Obtains ISMS Certification, Bolstering On-site DX with Three International Standards: Quality, Environment, and Information Security

Yoshikawa Kogyo Co., Ltd.'s ICT Solutions Division, headquartered in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and led by President Hiroshi Hanaoka, has obtained ISO/IEC 27001:2022+Amd 1:2024 / JIS Q 27001:2025 certification, an international standard for Information Security Management Systems. This achievement complements the manufacturing division's existing ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certifications, extending international information security standards across the entire ICT Solutions Division. The registration number is JQA-IM2214, and the initial registration date was March 19, 2026. The ICT Solutions Division handles diverse information, including personal data, through its services like access control and manufacturing support. The increasing volume of critical information assets, especially personal data in systems like 'Y-GATE' (an access control system for employees and visitors), was a key driver for this ISMS acquisition. The division has implemented comprehensive measures across system design, operation, and organizational structure to apply unified information security standards to all its ICT services. The ISO/IEC 27001 certification systematizes risk assessment and management of information assets, continuous review and improvement of management systems and operational processes, and employee education and awareness activities based on international standards. This will organizationally and continuously strengthen information security and personal data protection for Y-GATE and other ICT services.
