Opening of One of Japan's Largest Technical Centers

Yokogawa Rental & Lease Corporation, Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd., and Yasuda Logistics Corporation. Yokogawa Rental & Lease Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Masaharu Yamazaki; hereinafter 'Yokogawa Rental & Lease') and Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroaki Oda; hereinafter 'Fuyo Lease') will open a new technical center to serve as a hub for PC lifecycle management services. With this, the total number of PCs handled by both companies will exceed 2 million units, making it one of the largest technical centers of its kind in Japan. Furthermore, by having Yasuda Logistics Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Kazunari Ogawa; hereinafter 'Yasuda Logistics') manage the on-site and external logistics functions, we will provide high-quality logistics services to our customers. The new technical center will be established at 'Mitsui Fudosan Industrial Park Ebina & forest,' scheduled for completion in June 2026 in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It will consolidate the technical centers of Yokogawa Rental & Lease and Fuyo Lease, which were previously dispersed across various locations. By working together, the three companies will realize faster, higher-quality, and more reliable services at the new technical center, providing a one-stop solution for customers' IT asset management challenges.
