Yanase Group Holds 2026 Entrance Ceremony

To all new employees, congratulations on joining the Yanase Group. We are truly delighted and encouraged to welcome you as new employees today, and we are grateful that you chose Yanase from among many companies.

Yanase, founded in 1915, will celebrate its 111th anniversary this May. Yanase was established by its founder, Mr. Chotaro Yanase, with the desire to "enrich the lives of Japanese people through automobile imports." Today, under a "hybrid management" approach that combines "person-to-person sales" appealing to human sensibilities with "investment in IoT, DX, and AI" for operational efficiency, we continue to provide customers with a "life with cars" full of "dreams" and "excitement."

If we liken Yanase's handled brands to a "vase" and our customers to "flowers," then Yanase is the "water" that makes the flowers bloom in the vase. While the vase's shape does not change, the way the flowers bloom varies in many ways depending on the water's temperature, quantity, nutrients, and so on. Managing the state of this "water" is our "mission," and by adding elements such as "person-to-person interaction" and "DX utilization," the flowers will flourish. This is a mission unique to Yanase.

Starting today, as members of Yanase, there are three "mindsets as working adults" that we want you to value: "a sense of gratitude," "social contribution and growth," and "learning as a working adult." To master these three, you must first acquire the "basics." And, without forgetting "a sense of gratitude," we want you to cherish "person-to-person sales activities" that gain customer trust through convincing car sales and after-sales services that appeal to sensibility and emotion.

In an automotive industry surrounded by various challenges, it is you, the younger generation, who will build a new history leading to the future and drive Yanase forward, while cherishing the "history" and "trust" that Yanase has cultivated over 111 years.
