Yamato Zaitaku Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and CEO: Masaaki Fujiwara; hereinafter 'the Company'), which develops asset value co-creation businesses utilizing real estate and construction domains, hereby announces the decision to relocate its Fukuoka branch.

Background of the Relocation Since the establishment of the Fukuoka branch in October 2024, the Company has been expanding its operations primarily in the Fukuoka/Hakata area, recognizing the potential of single-building profit-generating real estate. Although the branch was moved to the current Fukuoka Asahi Building last May, the decision to relocate again was made to prepare for further business growth and to return profits to more stakeholders. Currently, the Fukuoka branch is actively recruiting new talent and strengthening its organizational structure. Moving forward, the company intends to enhance its services in the Kyushu area and meet the needs of everyone involved.
