Yamato Denki to Exhibit at AXIA EXPO 2026, Showcasing Fire Protection and Smart Agriculture Solutions

Yamato Denki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshihiko Saito) announced its participation in the 'AXIA EXPO 2026,' to be held at Aichi Sky Expo (Aichi International Exhibition Center) from Wednesday, June 3, to Friday, June 5, 2026.

Over its 80-year history as a wiring device manufacturer, the company has addressed electrical and tracking fires by developing fire prevention and disaster mitigation technologies. In recent years, there is an increasing need to address new social challenges, including safety measures for infrastructure and preventing lithium-ion battery fires.

At this exhibition, Yamato Denki will present next-generation fire protection solutions utilizing fire extinguishing microcapsule technology from South Korea's GFI. Additionally, the company will showcase smart agriculture solutions from its investee, farmo. Together, these technologies aim to support a 'safe' and 'sustainable society.'
