Yamaha Corporation (hereinafter, 'the company') and Yamaha Music Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, 'Yamaha Music Japan') will participate in the event 'Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2026' (HAMAMATSU/OSAKA/TOKYO), which combines live performances and exhibitions featuring virtual singers such as Hatsune Miku.
At each venue, the companies will host VOCALOID and DTM (Desktop Music) experience sessions, instrument trial events, and other content related to Hatsune Miku, providing visitors with opportunities to experience the joy of music creation. In particular, in HAMAMATSU—where Yamaha's headquarters is located—the company will collaborate with Enshu Railway and host an exhibition at its corporate museum, engaging with the local community to energize the entire city of Hamamatsu both inside and outside the event venues.

About 'Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2026'
'Hatsune Miku Magical Mirai 2026' is an event that combines 3DCG live concerts featuring virtual singers such as 'Hatsune Miku,' 'Kagamine Rin,' 'Kagamine Len,' 'Megurine Luka,' 'MEIKO,' and 'KAITO' with an exhibition that allows visitors to experience the joy of creative expression. Since 2013, the event has been held annually, and in 2026, it will tour three Japanese cities—including Hamamatsu, which will host the event for the first time—over a total of nine days.

Booth Program: 'Yamaha Creator Hub – A Creative Experience Base Connected by VOCALOID'
At each venue, Yamaha will operate an experience booth featuring VOCALOID-related products within the exhibition area.

1. Collaboration Photo Spot & X Hashtag Campaign (All Three Venues)
During the event period, Yamaha and Hatsune Miku collaboration photo spots will be available at all venues. The photo spots will also feature reference displays of special model units developed through the collaboration. Additionally, visitors who post photos taken at the photo spots on X with the designated hashtag will receive a novelty gift.
2. VOCALOID Consultation Corner & Puzzle Quiz (All Three Venues)
Staff experienced in VOCALOID and DTM (music production) will provide personalized support, answering visitors' questions such as 'How do I become a VocaloP?' or 'How do I operate music production software (DAW)?'
Additionally, the booth will host a puzzle-solving quiz event, and participants who complete the challenge will receive a novelty gift.
※ Participation in the puzzle-solving quiz requires presentation of a VOCALOID ID.
3. Immersive Stage Instrument Experience (HAMAMATSU)
An immersive experience where participants wear a head-mounted display to enjoy playing musical instruments on the same stage as Hatsune Miku. Using Yamaha's XR audio technology, visitors can experience playing as a backing musician for Hatsune Miku, surrounded by realistic, high-fidelity sound. Registration and further details will be announced on a dedicated website to be launched later.

4. Beginner-Friendly VOCALOID DTM Experience Corner (OSAKA/TOKYO)
Visitors can experience music production (DTM) using the music production software 'Cubase' and the vocal synthesis software 'VOCALOID.' With one-on-one support from instructors, even beginners can enjoy the experience with confidence.
5. 'Try Singing' Experience Corner (OSAKA/TOKYO)
Visitors can experience professional-level recording using Yamaha's soundproof booth 'Abitex' and creator-grade equipment. They can also enjoy a voice changer experience, transforming their recorded vocals into VOCALOID-style voices.

Seminar Program: 'Let's Try Making VOCALOID Music on Your Smartphone with DAKASHI O-GATA!' (All Three Venues)
A stage presentation introducing the iPhone/iPad app Mobile VOCALOID Editor. Mobile VOCALOID Editor allows users to easily create singing vocals on iPhone/iPad. Guest VocaloP DAKASHI O-GATA will be invited to attempt a cover of a song using the Mobile VOCALOID Editor version of 'Hatsune Miku V6'.

In conjunction with the Hamamatsu debut of Magical Mirai, Yamaha's corporate museum 'Innovation Road' will host a special exhibition from June 18, featuring life-size panels of 'Hatsune Miku,' 'Kagamine Rin,' 'Kagamine Len,' 'Megurine Luka,' 'MEIKO,' and 'KAITO,' along with a walking rally to discover musical instruments associated with each virtual singer.
