▍Supporting a 15-Year-Old BMX World Champion from the Local Community

On March 19, Yagi Construction Co., Ltd. (Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture, CEO: Masayuki Yagi), a general construction company, presented a second year of activity support funds to Mana Sawada, a local third-year junior high school student who has won the BMX Racing World Championship four times.

Additionally, on March 2, the company donated 330 ceremonial chairs to Honjo Municipal Higashi Junior High School, the alma mater of CEO Yagi.

*BMX racing, which Sawada competes in, is a grueling sport where competitors race bicycles on a course full of ups and downs.

In our more than 70-year history, we have focused not only on buildings but also on "creating an environment where people can grow." We believe that supporting the growth of children who will lead the next generation is the first step in the "sustainable community development" undertaken by a local general contractor, and we continue to give back to the community.
