Factory Management System 'MENTENA' Now Allows Direct Linking of External Documents and Manuals

Yachiyo Solutions announced that its factory management system, 'MENTENA,' will introduce a new feature on June 1, 2026, allowing users to register external service links directly to equipment information, work plans, and history. This integration with cloud storage and online manual services enables centralized reference of documents starting from MENTENA. In manufacturing, maintenance tasks require a wide range of documents, such as blueprints, manuals, procedures, and training videos. While many companies manage these in cloud storage, they are often not well-integrated with actual on-site work. With this update, users can register external links by simply entering a title and URL, allowing them to reference the latest blueprints or training videos without changing their existing environment. By linking these resources directly to equipment and tasks, companies can visualize the expertise of veteran technicians and ensure that all staff can follow the same procedures. MENTENA aims to minimize unexpected equipment downtime by centralizing maintenance tasks and moving away from paper-based or Excel-based processes, thereby improving efficiency and ensuring reliable history management.
