Synopsis

Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sergeant Thomas Beckett was a highly skilled sniper who, under direct orders from Washington, eliminated targets in secret. He had taken down many targets in the past and lost many comrades. When he receives orders to assassinate General Alvarez, who aims for political power with the backing of a Panamanian drug cartel, young elite Richard Miller, a former Olympic silver medalist, joins Beckett at the U.S. military base in Panama.
