WOW WORLD Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuo Mino; hereinafter "the Company"), a provider of SaaS solutions that support the improvement of CX (Customer Experience) for companies and organizations, has announced a functional enhancement to its survey and form creation system, "WEBCAS formulator," to further improve ease of response. This update introduces an "Image Selection Block (Single/Multiple Choice)" that allows respondents to make selections while viewing images, enabling the creation of surveys and forms that utilize product photos and visual concepts. This feature will be rolled out sequentially from late March to April 2026.
"WEBCAS formulator" is a system that allows anyone to easily create professional web surveys and various web forms. Submitted data is stored in a secure database, allowing for real-time aggregation and analysis. The system is highly regarded for its "unlimited responses," "monthly availability," and "flexibility in question design and styling," and has been adopted by numerous companies across various industries and scales.
Furthermore, as a cloud service registered under "ISMAP-LIU," the security evaluation system for government information systems, it meets high security requirements.
Background of the Enhancement
While web surveys and forms are widely used by companies to collect customer feedback, text-only questions can sometimes be difficult for respondents to visualize. This can lead to incorrect selections, longer response times, or respondents abandoning the survey midway.
To provide a more user-friendly survey experience, the Company developed the "Image Selection Block."
Overview of the New "Image Selection Block"
Images can now be assigned to selection options within surveys and forms.
The feature supports both "Single Choice" and "Multiple Choice." For multiple-choice questions, limits can be set on the number of items selected, such as "at least 1," "no more than 2," or "exactly 3."
Since respondents can answer intuitively while viewing images, they can make decisions more smoothly, which helps reduce selection errors. This leads to improved response rates and higher data accuracy.
Utilizing images enables the creation of surveys and forms such as:
・Popularity polls using product images
・Comparison surveys for designs or packaging
・Visual-based conceptual surveys
・Satisfaction surveys using photographs
The Company will continue to support the effective communication activities of its clients through the WEBCAS series.
