Before adopting WEBCAS, we used RPA and manually sent hundreds or thousands of newsletters one by one, which took several hours. We also had no visibility into open or click-through rates after delivery, so we were just sending emails without insights. After implementing WEBCAS, we can now deliver large volumes of newsletters almost instantly with just one click on 'Immediate Delivery.' A task that used to take 3 hours now takes only 30 minutes. Additionally, we can now accurately track open and click-through rates, allowing us to redirect the time previously spent on delivery to analysis and refinement, significantly reducing wasted effort.

Even with basic features, we can set sender and reply-to email addresses and use category management, enabling different types of emails (e.g., outage notifications, marketing emails, seminar invitations) to coexist in the same environment. We use the category management feature so that team members can quickly access past emails from their department. Using category filters, we’ve maintained zero delivery errors even with shared accounts. Additionally, since we conduct house-list distribution across departments, the shared use of opt-out lists—preventing potential complaints—is another attractive feature.

We migrated from our previous service to WEBCAS e-mail due to service transition. The manuals were very clear and well-organized, allowing smooth setup and operation.

However, during the actual migration, on-site staff encountered specific questions and concerns. Each time, the support team promptly and carefully assisted us via email and remote support. They not only addressed technical issues but also empathetically responded to operational concerns, allowing us to proceed with the migration confidently.
