(Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative: Mitsuki Kishihata), held an experiential in-person event titled 'Return-to-Work Preparation Event' in collaboration with Akachan Honpo Lalaport Shin-Misato. Many families on childcare leave preparing to return to work attended the event, with many couples participating together, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the day.

Inside the venue, we provided information useful for preparing for the return to work and nursery school, alongside booths where parents and children could participate and have fun together.

At the family handprint stamping station, participants enjoyed creating memories, which also led to natural interactions between families.

Additionally, the picture book reading by a midwife, which included finger play, was a fun time for parents and children, with many smiling faces seen throughout. At the talk event by Mitsuki Kishihata, Representative of With Midwife Inc., she shared insights and practical tips on childcare and returning to work, incorporating content from her book, 'Survival Guide for Working Parents,' to which attendees listened intently.

At the exhibition and trial corner for return-to-work and dual-income preparation products, participants were able to pick up items and check their usability, helping them form a concrete image of their lives after returning to work.

In the mini-workshop for families, participants discussed their future work styles and parenting, providing an opportunity for families to think about their future life together.

Future Outlook [Image: Event scene]

This was the first in-person event held by OYA WORK, and it became a heartwarming time where participants could connect with each other and engage in experiences and consultations on the spot.

Moving forward, we intend to further expand these opportunities for experience and dialogue, leveraging the strengths of both online and in-person formats. We will continue our efforts to become a more accessible and reliable presence for working parents, like a place they can casually drop by in their daily lives.

OYA WORK regularly holds free online parenting classes for working parents, featuring courses useful for return-to-work preparation and balancing childcare with work.

We have many courses prepared for working parents in April 2026 as well.

For example, we plan to hold courses on themes tailored to the life stages of working parents, such as the basics of breastfeeding and how to proceed with nursing, preparations for nursery school enrollment and ways of thinking about work styles, measures for pregnancy-related issues, and knowledge to prepare for emergencies.

On the day of the courses, you can not only attend the lecture but also ask questions and consult with midwives. Please feel free to join us in a relaxed manner.
