Withdesk Browse Cobrowse Solution Provided to Tokyu Corporation

Withdesk Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Yuto Taguchi; hereinafter, Withdesk) has commenced providing its cobrowse solution 'Withdesk Browse,' part of the 'Withdesk' Digital Co-Experience platform, to Tokyu Corporation (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director President: Masahiro Horie; hereinafter, Tokyu).

Overview of Withdesk Browse Implementation

By adopting Withdesk Browse, provided by Withdesk, Tokyu will now be able to offer cobrowse support that enables screen sharing for customers experiencing difficulties with website procedures or operations, regardless of their device (PC, smartphone, tablet). This cobrowse support will primarily be utilized for guiding registration procedures for 'Tokyu Plus,' a new web service and app for TOKYU POINT members, which launched on February 18, 2026. The Tokyu Plus app offers 'Value Ticket Benefits' and 'Point Up Benefits' from a new rank-up program for TOKYU POINT members, the 'TOKYU POINT Program,' which started on April 1, 2026, making it possible to use Tokyu Group facilities and affiliated stores more advantageously.

For this implementation, the solution was highly evaluated because it does not require customers to install an app in advance, making it easy for anyone to start cobrowse support without burdening customers who are anxious about web operations. Furthermore, it allows for secure customer interaction as confidential input such as passwords can be masked so operators cannot view them. The decision to implement Withdesk Browse was also made based on its ability to share screens in real-time regardless of the customer's device, providing thorough support through operator-assisted scrolling and guidance using a mouse cursor, which shortens problem identification time and improves problem resolution rates.
