The 'Angel Voice' Libera's Japan Tour Closes Amidst Wild Enthusiasm! Transporting the Audience to Heaven with Special Songs Marrying 'Wa' (Harmony) and 'Angelic Voices'

The concert tour 'SMFL Group presents LIBERA Angel Voices Tour 2026' by 'Libera', known for the world's most ephemeral and beautiful 'Angel Voices', began with the Tokyo performance on March 30 and, amidst unwavering excitement from the audience, concluded with the Kobe performance on April 3.

Libera is a boy soprano unit formed through auditions among boys aged 6 to about 15 or 16 living in South London, UK. The globally loved 'Libera Voice' is nurtured through a unique method, and the harmony woven by more than seven boy sopranos with original arrangements brings a uniquely beautiful resonance to the world. They have sung before former President Bush and the Pope, provided theme songs for various dramas and movies including 'Hannibal', tied up with commercials, and are often featured as BGM on TV.

The concert was held to promote the newly released album 'POSTCARDS JAPAN Edition ~Furusato~'. Starting with the Tokyo performance, a total of 5 performances were held across Tokyo, Osaka, and Kobe. At the evening performance in Tokyo on the 31st, as well as the Osaka and Kobe performances, the excitement culminated in standing ovations at the end.

The album 'POSTCARDS JAPAN Edition ~Furusato~' is a commemorative best-of album for their Japan visit, collecting their signature songs loved in Japan, along with 'songs representing the region' sung as encores at concerts around the world. Furthermore, it includes the Japanese children's songs 'Sakura Sakura' and 'Furusato' prepared specifically for this Japan tour, marrying the singing voices that have traveled the world with the Japanese heart. It ranked 8th overall on the Oricon Daily Album Ranking dated March 30, and 1st on the Jazz/Classic chart. The members were overjoyed to hear this good news during their stay.

At the premiere on the 30th, spontaneous applause erupted from the eagerly waiting, sold-out venue as the orchestra members appeared on stage. As the venue, tinged with heat, was enveloped in quiet excitement, the members appeared dressed in their formal white robes, pushing the mist-like anticipation to its peak. However, with the very first note sung by the members, that mist cleared instantly, purified by their beautiful voices.
