Japan's First OBDⅡ Digital Tachograph "Will-Fleet" Product Introduction Webinar to be Held on May 19

Background of the Event

Will Smart positions logistics DX as a key area in its medium-term growth strategy and promotes operational efficiency and data utilization support for approximately 63,000 small and medium-sized truck transport businesses nationwide. With the revised Logistics Efficiency Act (CLO), effective April 2026, "specific shippers" handling over 90,000 tons of cargo annually are obligated to track and regularly report data on waiting, loading/unloading, and operation. "Will-Fleet" (model name: OD420JP) is Japan's first OBDⅡ type digital tachograph, compliant with Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism certification standards, which can be installed by plugging it into a vehicle's OBDⅡ port.
