(Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, President & CEO: Kenichi Honda, hereinafter "Kyuden Drone Service") signed a basic agreement on collaboration for drone shows (hereinafter, "this collaboration") on April 1, 2026.

Moving forward, through this collaboration, both companies will expand the possibilities of new drone applications, including drone shows, and provide excitement and value to society.

Background of This Collaboration

In recent years, drones have been gaining attention not only in industrial fields such as infrastructure inspection and surveying but also as a technology creating new value in areas like events, tourism, and regional revitalization. Drone shows, in particular, are expanding in demand, primarily for local government and corporate events, as next-generation entertainment with low environmental impact and high creative freedom.

Against this backdrop, Kyuden Drone Service, which has a track record in a wide range of fields utilizing drones and robots for inspection, surveying, and aerial photography within the Kyuden Group, and White Crow, which develops its business centered on drone shows, have collaborated to strengthen the sales and provision system for drone shows, primarily in the Kyushu area.

Objectives and Content of Collaboration

In this collaboration, we will mutually leverage Kyuden Drone Service's network with customers, primarily in the Kyushu area, and White Crow's expertise in planning, directing, and operating drone shows to implement the following initiatives:
