Hiroshima-based AI Training Firm WEAVE to Host Weekly Free 'Generative AI Utilization Seminars' for Executives and HR Managers Starting in May

WEAVE (Headquarters: Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture; CEO: Naoki Kubo), a company providing corporate generative AI training, will hold free, practical generative AI utilization seminars for executives and HR managers every Wednesday from May to July 2026. During the in-person session on June 17 (Wednesday), WEAVE, which provides AI training to over 2,000 people annually, will reveal the full scope of its internal AI utilization. WEAVE has built a system where AI processes tasks simply by receiving instructions via Slack, centered around its AI assistant 'Kin-chan.' By integrating approximately 30 tools, the company automates tasks such as creating quotes and invoices, calendar registration, newsletter distribution, and SNS posting. This seminar will demonstrate this system live, addressing the real process of implementation, the challenges faced, and answering the question, "Can my company do this too?" ■ Background: The current state of AI utilization in SMEs While interest in generative AI is rising rapidly, many SMEs still struggle with "not knowing where to start" or "lacking internal expertise to teach AI."
