This fall, Washinmura—Old Folk House, Glamping, Forest, Mountain, River, and Sea—a popular glamping spot in Chiba, will host a special event connecting Japanese and Taiwanese cultures: the "1st Silvan Fall Festival."

Set against the backdrop of Japanese woodlands, traditional folk houses, campfires, and soothing music, melodies that transcend borders and time will echo like a dream.

Under the theme of "Tea, Taste, Art, and Music," you can feel the diversity and beauty of culture through music, tea ceremonies, and gastronomy, allowing for a deep experience of the mutual charms of different cultures from Japan and Taiwan.

📅 Event Schedule: 14:00 - Opening remarks and "Kinka Suigetsu" KINMATON special exhibition 14:20 - 15:30 - Taiwanese Tea Ceremony Experience "Autumn Sound, Sweet Harmony" 16:00 - 17:30 - Traditional Lacquerware "Leaf Rubbing Maki-e Workshop" 17:30 - Start of the Campfire Party 18:00 - Lighting of the Campfire 18:30 - 19:10 - Sweep Fun Song: - A beautiful fusion of the traditional Taiwanese instrument, the Pipa, with jazz drums, electric bass, and vocals. Advance reservation required. Only the space is provided; please prepare and bring your own tables, BBQ equipment, and ingredients.
