Comment from Physical Therapist, Yamato Fujita
"As I compiled the information about our regular clients, what particularly struck me was that many of their stated goals were related to 'posture' and 'discomfort in the shoulders and lower back.' I feel that many people come to us wanting to address their daily physical discomfort before focusing on weight or appearance. Furthermore, about half of our clients are new to exercise like Pilates or yoga and have lifestyles centered around sitting for work. For first-time attendees, we prioritize confirming their current condition one by one during the initial consultation and starting within a comfortable range. We believe there is inherent value in the process of accumulating awareness about posture and how to use one's body."
