Tea Ceremony x Chinese Tea x Drums!? 4th 'Tea! Tea! Drum Meeting' Announced

The 'Tea! Tea! Drum Meeting,' organized by drummer and percussionist Tatsuro Ito, 'Matcha Crazy Girl' Min-chan (Chiki Kaneko), and two others, with the support of the social business community 'Waccel' (led by Yoshihiro Shimamura and General Producer Tomohiro Sumitani), will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026. This unique event allows participants to enjoy matcha, Chinese tea, and Taiwanese tea while trying their hand at drumming, all within a single salon setting. The goal is to experience the 'static' and 'dynamic' aspects of mind and body through drumming exercises and tea time, providing a healing moment for self-reflection. Due to its unique nature, the event has gained attention on social media from tea enthusiasts and musicians alike. Now in its fourth year since starting in 2023, this year's theme is 'Summer Voice: The Opening of Early Summer,' held during the lush green season. The silence of matcha, the lingering taste of Taiwanese tea, and the vibrations of the drums—this experience gently awakens your inner 'voice.' Although they may seem different, both tea and drumming focus on the 'present moment,' helping to align the mind and body. The 'Tea! Tea!
