The opening is scheduled for Reiwa 8, April 17th (Friday) at 11:00 AM.
"Soufuren," widely loved throughout Kyushu, will be opening its first store on a nationwide highway, marking a new chapter for the even more powerful Hirokawa SA (up-line: Fukuoka direction). We sincerely look forward to your visit.

Soufuren, a yakisoba specialty restaurant with its main store in Hita City, Oita Prefecture, was founded in 1957 by Yasuchika Sumi. He developed the secret sauce, the key to its flavor, and devised an original yakisoba by focusing on the "grilling" of the noodles. The crisp texture of the bean sprouts, the subtly sweet aroma of the green onions, the rich flavor of the pork, and the crispy grilled noodles are all coated with the secret sauce and rapidly grilled over a high-heat iron plate, infusing the noodles with the savory flavors of the ingredients and the sauce.
